- EMDR: For trauma and PTSD.
- Trauma-Focused CBT: Helping children and families overcome trauma.
- Complementary Wellness: Tarot, Oracle, and Shadow card readings, along with holistic practices.

Insurance Accepted: Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC, Aetna, Employee Assistance (Aetna & Empathia),
Payment Methods: Cash, major credit cards (via Ivy Pay/Square), Zelle, FSA, HSA.
Rates: Individual sessions $150/hour, couples therapy $180/hour, clinical supervision $120/hour, immigration evaluations $840-$1200 (Vary depending on type)
HelloAlma: I am contracted with HelloAlma and accept a variety of insurances, including Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Optum, and more. For out-of-network services through HelloAlma, session fees range from $140 to $200

I'm Melba Cordero, LCMHC-S, LCASA, a bilingual therapist with over 20 years of experience in providing holistic, inclusive, and evidence-based care. I have worked extensively with couples and families throughout my career, and I am trained in the Gottman Method, EMDR for trauma, and TF-CBT for children and families. My mission is to create a safe, welcoming space for all individuals, honoring diverse spiritual paths while fostering growth and healing.
